One of the core, underlying principles that well & good is founded on is that you deserve time for you. No matter how many small (or big) people you are responsible for; no matter how many hours you have to work; no matter whether you’re a fitness fanatic, or need a bit of encouragement…YOU matter.
‘Self care’ is a real buzz phrase at the moment - and like it or hate it, it is a valid concept. It is taking the time to do/find/feel whatever it is that helps to restore you. Never before have we worked so hard, travelled so much, juggled so many aspects of life and had such a (rose-tinted) view into other people’s lives to make comparisons with our own (thanks, Mark Zuckerberg).
Our vision for the studios is to create an environment where everyone is welcome and where people choose to come back, again and again, not just for the great classes but also for the company, community and positive atmosphere.
