BarreFit at Well & Good is a total body workout that includes low-impact but intense movements, providing shaping and definition across the body’s muscle groups. Combining the body conditioning of ballet, gentle strength training of pilates and deep stretching of yoga, this class works towards toned arms, lithe thighs, sculpted buttocks and a strong core.

No previous experience of ballet or yoga is required. It is a moderate-to-high intensity class with a lot of emphasis on legs and glutes, so expect those thighs to burn!
