We are very excited to be offering a range of different Jungle Body classes, led by the fantastic Tina.

JAGUA® is a body sculpting class choreographed to hip hop, pop, afro and old school music. It is a body conditioning class that helps build flexibility, muscle strength, muscle tone and endurance in the legs, abdominals, arms, hips and back.

VYPA® is a high-intensity interval training workout aimed at lowering your body fat, improving your cardiovascular health and sculpting your whole body. Vypa is inspired by boxing, mixed martial arts, cage fighting and capoeira.. You perform tracks of maximum-intensity exercises with short periods of rest.

BURN® is a one of a kind choreographed dumbbell sculpt workout. BURN takes 1.5kg -- 2.5kg dumbells and focuses on functional, high repetition movements. You'll burn fat, gain strength and quickly produce lean body muscle conditioning.
